   This release introduces AI Usage Insights, expanding CRA’s visibility beyond installed AI applications to provide a broader view of how AI is accessed and used across an organization. Administrators can now better understand AI activity across browsers, workflow platforms, and locally detected AI models, while gaining clearer visibility into approved and unapproved AI usage.

2. Manage Device Actions (Beta)

   This release expands CRA from readiness assessment into supported device actions, enabling organizations to move more directly from Chrome Enterprise Premium readiness insights to CEP enrollment deployment. The new capability is designed to simplify deployment across larger device environments and reduce the manual effort involved in moving from readiness to action. In Beta version this action is supported for CommandLyne AI assistant only.

   This release introduces CRA MCP, providing a new way to explore current CRA readiness report data through supported AI assistants. Administrators can use natural-language questions to retrieve targeted insights without manually navigating multiple sections of the Report Generator.

   This feature is currently compatible only with Claude Desktop app and CommandLyne.

With this update, Chrome Readiness Assessment helps organizations identify recurring workflows that may be suitable for automation using Gemini Enterprise.

6. Introducing CEP Pre-Deployment Readiness Insights

   This release introduces CEP Pre-Deployment Readiness Insights, a new capability that helps organizations identify potential blockers before deploying Chrome Enterprise Premium licenses. The feature provides clear visibility into device, network, migration, and policy-related readiness issues that may affect a smooth CEP rollout.

   With these insights, administrators can better understand what is ready, what may need attention, and what could block deployment. The goal is to help teams make informed decisions, address risks early, and ensure a smoother deployment of Chrome Enterprise Premium licenses across the organization.
